Posters and Presentations

Submission Instructions

Poster presenters are required to upload a poster PDF and a poster presentation videos (up to 3 minutes long) in MP4 format. When you are an onsite presenter, additionally a poster in A0 format (vertical) is required.

The video of oral presentations must be saved as a MP4 file and  send to us. It should be up to 15-minute long (15-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute live Q&A). There is also a possibility to present live and it will be transmitted as presented.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

- Maximum abstract length: 2500 characters

- Abstract must be written in English

- Speech length: 15 minutes + 5 min discussion

- Speech must be given in English

Note from the Organizers:

We do not accept theoretical, review-like presentations in seminar sessions, own research only.

POSTER GUIDELINES

Two poster sessions take place:

*Experimental posters – coming soon

*Theoretical posters –  coming soon

- Maximum abstract length: 2500 characters

- Abstract and poster must be written in English

- Maximum poster format: A0, vertically

- Multimedia posters are allowed, however the organizers cannot provide any displayer

- Only experimental posters will be evaluated during the poster session

Note from the organizers:

- Theoretical posters are welcomed at our Conference. We would like to encourage young aspiring scientist to share their passion and have their first attempts on the international conference. The Bibliography/references must be included.
